Founded in 2010, BSP Cincinnati (BSP CINCY) proudly stands as a local chapter of the national non-profit organization, Black Sports Professionals (BSP). Committed to accelerating the advancement and impact of Black professionals in sports and entertainment, BSP is a dynamic network with chapters across the United States. Our members span every level of sports, from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, and NHL to college athletics, agencies, sports commissions, media entities, and beyond. Embracing the vision of our national chapter, BSP Cincinnati aspires to be a thought-leader in sports career development. We actively contribute to reshaping the industry's approach to recruitment, search, placement, and onboarding, advocating for a more inclusive and evolved landscape for Black professionals within the sports and entertainment sectors.
